Delete Account – ID Fitness

If you want to delete your ID Fitness account and personal data, please contact us by email:

idfitness977@gmail.com

In your email, include the email address used in the ID Fitness app and write:
“I want to delete my ID Fitness account and data.”

After receiving your request, we will delete or anonymize your account data, including profile information, progress entries, body measurements, check-ins, trainer messages and uploaded progress photos where applicable.

Some payment-related records may be retained if required for legal, tax, fraud prevention or accounting reasons.

Requests are usually processed within 30 days.
