ID Fitness is a fitness and nutrition application developed by No Time Studio.
The application allows users to create a fitness profile, receive personalized workout and nutrition guidance, track progress, upload progress photos, record body measurements, complete check-ins, and communicate with a trainer depending on the selected subscription plan.
Information We Collect

- Name and contact information
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Instagram username (optional)
- Fitness goals
- Height, weight, and body measurements
- Workout preferences
- Nutrition preferences
- Progress entries
- Check-in information
- Progress photos uploaded by the user

- Messages sent to the trainer, when applicable
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:

- Generate personalized nutrition plans

Payments
Payments on the web version may be processed through PayPal.
Subscriptions on the Android version are processed through Google Play Billing.
ID Fitness does not collect or store credit card or payment card information.
Data Storage
User data is securely stored using Supabase and related backend services used by ID Fitness.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the ID Fitness service.
Account information, workout history, nutrition data, progress entries, progress photos, and trainer messages are stored while the user’s account remains active.
If a user requests account deletion, personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain certain information.
Payment information is never stored by ID Fitness.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade users’ personal information.
User data may only be shared with trusted service providers when necessary to operate the application, including:
- Supabase for database and authentication services
- Google Play Billing
- PayPal
These providers process data only as necessary to provide their respective services.
Health and Fitness Information
ID Fitness may collect health and fitness-related information such as:
- Weight
- Body measurements
- Workout progress
- Nutrition preferences
This information is used solely to provide personalized fitness guidance, nutrition recommendations, and progress tracking.

Account and Data Deletion
Users may request permanent deletion of their ID Fitness account and associated personal data by contacting us at idfitness977@gmail.com.
After receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, the user’s personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
Children’s Privacy
ID Fitness is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If such information is identified, it will be deleted promptly.
